Richard L. Miler:  Born in Summerville, South Carolina, Dick Miler has lived in the greater Charleston area all his life.  A 1978 graduate of The Citadel, Dick has been active in the real estate industry for almost twenty years in the mortgage banking, leasing, and residential sales areas.  Specializing in residential sales and marketing, Dick offers his "dandy dozen" listing services to all potential sellers and as a general brokerage agent, sells houses in all price ranges throughout the Lowcountry.

Debbie J. Miler:  Debbie is the owner and founder of Miler Property Management, Inc., a full service property management company.  Debbie started the company in 1984 and has managed hundreds of residential properties over the years.  Debbie has been active in the Association of Property Managers and other civic organizations, and started the first full service property management company in Summerville.

When she is away from the office, Debbie loves to walk, read, and spend time with her "girls".

Lucia Miler Campbell, GRI: Lucia is a native of Summerville and a full time real estate professional with over 19 years experience as top listing and selling agent. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a B.S. in business administration and a multi-million dollar producer in Low Country real estate sales.

Lucia is a member of the Charleston Trident Board of Realtors and holds the G.R.I. designation. She is recipient to Realtor Round Table for recognition in exceptional sales achievement. As recipient of Summerville High School’s Athletic Hall of Fame “in recognition of her excellent athletic record, dedicated service to her school, outstanding personal achievement, and the highest standards of conduct and character” she realizes the importance of sports in school and offers her time as a volunteer at school, including volunteering as basketball coach. She is a past PTA president and recently received the Palmetto Service Award for her time and dedication to volunteer service in Dorchester School District II. When she finds spare time, Lucia plays an excellent game of tennis and enjoys golfing.

Diane Watkins: 

Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, has lived in Summerville for over 25 years. Married to Alan with 2 teenage children, 2 married children and 3 grandchildren, Diane gracefully balances her professional and family life. When she is not selling houses, Diane can be found at sports activities for her children. She loves to paint, watercolor and pastel in her very limited spare time and belongs to the Summerville Artist Guild. Diane has served on many PTA committees throughout her children’s education and has volunteered on numerous occasions for the Preservation Society in Charleston serving as a tour guide for the Candlelight tour homes.

Darlene Bollettino: 

Darlene and her family relocated to Summerville in early 1998 with her husband’s job transfer.  A licensed realtor since 1992, Darlene left a successful career in Peachtree City, Georgia when she moved her license to South Carolina. With experience in both new home sales and the resale market, Darlene decided to work exclusively for builders of new construction upon moving here. After several years in new home site sales, Darlene found she missed the satisfaction of working as a Buyer’s agent. In May of 2005, she joined the sales team at Miler Properties and made a commitment to offer professionalism, compassion and friendship in all of her real estate dealings. Her personal experience of relocating her family five times enables her to be particularly responsive to her relocation clients. Her motto is “my clients become friends”.

Darlene and her husband, Carl, are both from the Chicago area and enjoy going "back home" every year to visit family and eat!  They also have three happily married daughters and two granddaughters.  Their family also includes a Chiweenie named Wrigley, and two beautiful cats.
